Relevant to the Anadolu-Holding, currently the brewery group disposes of 15 breweries, 5 malting plants and 1 hop treatment plant.
The breweries are located in Turkey, in Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Serbia.
The annual total brew capacity was amounted to 34 million hectoliters in 2007, the malt production capacity236.500 tons.
Beside the Efes Beer, which is available in more than 50 countries worldwide, the brand portfolio comprises a range of local brands like Marmora, Gusta, Gold Beer, Stary Melnik, Sokol and so on.
Efes is the market leader in Turkey with a share of over 80%, this time the group comes to the 6. place of the largest breweries all over Europe.
Efes already cooperates with the THIEMT GmbH, as a supplier of lab apparatus, in the 10. year.
A speciality of the brewery group is the very flat organisation: The group is led by few managers. For example, a technical director is responsible for all breweries. This appreciates him, to place orders centrally and to count on the supplier`s work – one counterpart, a responsibility – no matter when, what and where. Nowadays called One-Stop-Shopping.
