The GEA Group AG, headquartered in Germany, is represented worldwide with 250 companies in 50 countries. In 2007, the turnover was amounted to 5,2 bn. euros,
the EBIT 422,2 million euros.
The key aspects of the technology company are special engineering and plant manufacturing. The technologies are applied in the branches of food, beverages, chemistry, pharmaceutic, cosmetic, energy industry, air technology and ship building.
Huppmann, recently integrated in the group of companies by additional purchase in 2007, and Tuchenhagen Brewery Systems are specialized for the construction of brewery plants.
