THIEMT delivers an entire lab for a Heineken project in Tunisia. Earlier, lab packages for Heineken were already delivered to India and Mongolia.

Customer:
The Dutch brewery corporation Heineken already had over 115 breweries at the end of 2007 and a production of 139 million hectoliters.
The turnover, last year, came to 12,6 bn. euros, the operating net income, ahead special items, laid to 1,1 bn. euros.
The portfolio already has over 170 brands, international brands as well as local/ regional available beers.
General contractor for this project is the Norit Group, one of the leading companies in water and beer purification techniques. Furthermore, companies for process technology and engineering belong to the group.
The largest additional purchase in the history of the company was quite recently in cooperation with Carlsberg. The British competitor Scottish&Newcastle was taken over for more than 10 bn. euros. Therewith, Anheuser Busch is displaced off place 3 of the world´s largest breweries, by Heineken.

Construction of a brewery with a capacity of about 200.000 hl, in Grombalia/Tunisia.
